Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 handful of Greens
- 1 banana
- ½ tsp. cinnamon
- 1-2 Tbsp. protein powder
- 1 apple
- ¼ cup coconut flakes
- 2-3 ice cubes
- water, as needed
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
- *Start with less water and then add more to reach your desired consistency. It really depends how many Greens you add :)
