Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 handful of Greens
  • 1 banana
  • ½ tsp. cinnamon
  • 1-2 Tbsp. protein powder
  • 1 apple
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
  • 2-3 ice cubes
  • water, as needed
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  2. *Start with less water and then add more to reach your desired consistency. It really depends how many Greens you add :)
