Serves: 4-6
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 4 cups of water
  • 1 dash of sea salt
  • 2 dates*
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract*
  • 1 dash of cinnamon*
  1. Pre-soak almonds for 1-3 hours.
  2. Drain almonds. Pour almonds, water and sea salt in a high speed blender, blend until smooth.
  3. Strain almond milk through a nut milk bag and into a large bowl. If using optional ingredients pour milk back into blender and add optional ingredients, blend on high.
  4. Pour milk into a jar and store in refrigerator.
  5. Milk will last for 5 days.

Will also need a nut milk bag
