Almond Milk

Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 4 cups of water
- 1 dash of sea salt
- 2 dates*
- ¼ tsp. vanilla extract*
- 1 dash of cinnamon*
Instructions
- Pre-soak almonds for 1-3 hours.
- Drain almonds. Pour almonds, water and sea salt in a high speed blender, blend until smooth.
- Strain almond milk through a nut milk bag and into a large bowl. If using optional ingredients pour milk back into blender and add optional ingredients, blend on high.
- Pour milk into a jar and store in refrigerator.
- Milk will last for 5 days.
