Ingredients
Acai Bowl Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 acai smoothie pack
- non-dairy milk, as needed
- 1 banana
- ½ cup frozen berries
- 1-2 dates (optional)
Toppings:
- dried coconut flakes
- crunchy granola
- raw nuts (try macadamia)
- fresh or dried fruit
Instructions
- Place all ingredients for the acai bowl in a high speed blender. Blend on high until smooth. Should be thick. Place contents in 1 large bowl or 2 small bowls.
- Top them with coconut flakes, nuts, granola, fresh or dried fruit or whatever you have on hand!
