Acai Bowl Ingredients:
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 acai smoothie pack
  • non-dairy milk, as needed
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup frozen berries
  • 1-2 dates (optional)
  • dried coconut flakes
  • crunchy granola
  • raw nuts (try macadamia)
  • fresh or dried fruit
  1. Place all ingredients for the acai bowl in a high speed blender. Blend on high until smooth. Should be thick. Place contents in 1 large bowl or 2 small bowls.
  2. Top them with coconut flakes, nuts, granola, fresh or dried fruit or whatever you have on hand!
