One thing we’ve been hearing a lot is…
I’m not sure if I can commit. I’ve done this so many times in the past. I’ve failed before so I’m afraid to try?

In 2018 we worked with women, men & couples in our programs, coaching etc. We’ve also had our own transformations and we want to share one thing you must do if you want to crush your health goals in 2019.
The one thing we both agree you MUST have down….
You must stop making excuses.
This looks like…
- I couldn’t eat healthy this week because I was traveling.
- I couldn’t workout this week because I had to work late
- I was going to make dinner but had a headache
- I don’t have the money or time to invest in my health
- I don’t have my lunch ready because I stay up late and overslept
- My partner won’t eat it
Our thoughts with this:
[Sarah] I don’t like excuses. I have a low excuse meter. I’d rather have 100% honesty than an excuse. I want to own it. I want others to own it. I want to find a solution. I want you to find a solution.
[Peter] Excuses are a way out, to help you avoid what you don’t want to do but know needs to be done. They don’t get you where you need to go – so for Sarah & I we’ve created a habit of catching ourselves in the act, before the other calls us out!
One of the best ways to stop making excuses is to surround yourself with people who don’t make them. Ask someone to call you out if you make an excuse, complain, whine or blame.
