How To Make Sweet Potato Fries

These sweet potato fries are a go-to recipe for us because they are…

  • Tasty – crunchy, sweet & savory. What more could you want?
  • Nutritious – they’re super high in vitamins and minerals. These are practically the only potatoes we’ll eat and that you’ll find in our recipes.
  • Filling – sweet potatoes are lower glycemic than white potatoes. They’re made up of complex carbohydrates, so they digest slower keeping you fuller for longer.
  • Quick – from the time you start rinsing them, to the time you start eating, these will only take about 40 minutes to enjoy. By that time you can make AND eat a salad beforehand, which means your doing dishes/cleanup within the hour!

Vegan Banana Cream Pudding Recipe

Well you guys this recipe doesn’t include any ingredients from my CSA Box but it’s so delicious I just had to share it! I don’t know about you but growing up one of my favorite summer desserts was banana cream pudding with vanilla wafers.

The version I used to love is full of processed ingredients, sugar, dairy and gluten. I knew their had to be a healthier way to enjoy an old time favorite, and boy was I right!
