Ingredients
  • 1 pint of figs
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cucumber
  • ½ sweet onion
  • ¼ cup dried coconut flakes
Instructions
  1. Chop figs, avocado, cucumber and onion. Mix well.
  2. Top with coconut.
  3. Eat alone, or serve with brown rice crackers or over quinoa!
